Today, for production of packaging and labels from polymer materials
«Globopack» company uses various technologies and modern high-tech equipments of European countries, such as;
- eight color printing machines of deep print (rotogravure) teat work with the usage of modern technologies of imprinting and color combination. This allows achieving high quality reproduction on any type f material, to satisfy the requirements of European standards on flex package and label. For achieving the process of printing we use gravure printing cylinders (rolls) produced abroad, by laser technology, which are the leaders of printing in the market.

Specialists of Globopack have developed practically all of the main that are used in producing modern package and label including the traditional ones such as:
- surface and interlayer print on sheet PET, BOPP,CPP, PE, Paper, Al fol;
- printing on various types of paper (including paper, laminated PE);
- double or triple laminate and creature of composite materials with set barrier qualities on the basis of polymer sheet, paper and foil;
- single- or double paraffining of special purpose papers;
- technology of application of special composition for cold seal (solid and by register)
- print on materials with twist-effect;
- lacquering.

Materials Characteristics
There is a quality control laboratory in the factory. The main goal of this laboratory is obtaining the closest to originals reproductions. Our laboratory is equipped with control-measuring equipment that satisfies the requirements of the specific tasks of the production process and thus providing the following functions of the laboratory:
• Input control of quality of delivered materials (paint, glue, sheet)
• Creating colorful receipts and preparation of paints considering specific combinations
• Output control of produced products
• Intermediate control of half finished goods, i.e. checking of welding of two layers during the process of laminating, and also checking the application of glue on 1 m².
